What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Australian Dollars.
Most things are sold, do you have a mailing list?
Since our one of a kind items sell out quickly, the best way to know about future shop updates is to join our mailing list here. We send infrequent mail and will not share your information.
How often do you restock?
All our products (at this point) are limited editions.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping prices vary with item and location, if you’re curious about the price to ship a certain item, shoot us an email, we’ll get right back to you. Please note, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid in part or in full by MT WARNING for any reason.
When will my order ship?
All orders with the occasional exception will ship within 3 business days. If your package is a gift and you would like to make arrangements to have it ship earlier, please send us an email and we will get working on it right away. Arrival times vary by destination please see below or contact us for more details.
When will my order arrive?
In general orders destined for the USA with a value less than $100 will arrive within 10-15 business days after dropped at the post office. Orders that total more than $100 destined to the USA should arrive in approximately 5-8 business days once in the post. International orders vary but generally take longer to arrive, please expect to receive your package in 10-30 business days.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
We do not guarantee arrival times on international shipments as they do not come with tracking or insurance automatically. If you would like your package to be insured and trackable, additional shipping costs will apply. Please contact us for more details.
How can I pay?
We happily accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, or direct payment through PayPal.
May I place a special order or include a special message for a gift?
Please email us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Are your products guaranteed?
You bet, given that you have cared for it in a loving manner we will most definitely stand behind our products, please contact us for more information. Note: we do not offer refunds nor do we cancel orders once they’ve been placed.
What is your returns policy?
Items must be returned within 14 days with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
You must provide your name and address.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion costs.
Items must be returned in unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original tags/labels attached.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions as outlined above.
